The project is a single architectural block that includes the 260-room Hilton Garden Inn, and the Tree by Hilton Suites offers business-focused facilities, including a large multi-purpose space, eight meeting and meeting rooms as well as four small meeting rooms. The Hilton Garden Inn offers a state-of-the-art business center, outdoor swimming pool, health club, restaurant and reception. While the "DoubleTree by Hilton Suites" will consist of 110 apartments with multiple options, ranging from studio rooms to one and two-bedroom hotel apartments, and will serve as a business center, health club, swimming pool, reception hall and two restaurants. The project had earlier won the Best Hotel Architectural Design Award in Saudi Arabia from the "International Property Awards".
